For products that are subject to age or licensing restrictions in your country (such as knives, self-defense tools, or security equipment), you confirm that you meet all local legal requirements to purchase, possess, and use these items.

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. However:

• Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual item
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors before shipping
• All product availability is subject to inventory at the time of order

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Acceptance is confirmed by an order confirmation email.

Payment must be completed at checkout via the methods we support. We accept:

• Visa, Mastercard
• Apple Pay, Google Pay
• OMT, Whish (Lebanon)
• Cash on Delivery (Lebanon only — additional fee applies)
• Bank transfer (orders above $500)

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Warranties

Products are sold with their original manufacturer warranties where applicable. Our own-label products carry a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
